そして現代においては、ある程度の自由や平等を手にしながらも、変革や創造の力を失い退廃へと向かいつつあります。
しかし今、私たちは違う道を選ぶことができます。
争いに依らずに自己を変革し、共に歴史を創造していく道。
輪になり、互いの声や意図を織り合わせることで、平和を生み出す道。
「サミットオブサミット」は、その挑戦の場です。
Human history has advanced through cycles of conflict and integration.
People once fought for recognition, sometimes arrogantly seeking to prove themselves.
And in modern times, while possessing a degree of freedom and equality, we have lost the power to transform and create, drifting toward decadence.
But now, we can choose a different path.
A path to transform ourselves without conflict, creating history together.
A path to weave together our voices and intentions in a circle, creating peace.
The Summit of Summits is the arena for this challenge.
サミットオブサミットは今回が第2回の開催です。
第1回は2024年9月、箱根で行われました。
グローバルコーチである アレクサンダー・インチボルト氏 と、ソース原理の提唱者である ピーター・カーニック氏 の呼びかけで開催され、世界各地のリーダーが集まりました。
This is the second Summit of Summits.
The first was held in Hakone in September 2024.
It was organized at the call of global coach Alexander Inchbald and Peter Koenig, proponent of the Source Principle, and brought together leaders from around the world.
その想いを受け継ぎ、2025年は淡路島にて、経営コンサルタントの杉本匡章がアレクサンダー・インチボルト氏と共にサミットオブサミットを主催します。
また、ピーター・カーニック氏も引き続きアンバサダーとして第2回に協力・参加いたします。
Carrying on that spirit, in 2025, management consultant Masaki Sugimoto will host the Summit of Summits on Awaji Island together with Alexander Inchbald. Peter Koenig will also continue to cooperate and participate in the second summit as an ambassador.
日本での開催には特別な意味があります。
西洋的な価値観のみに従って平和を追求するのではなく、
東洋と西洋が互いの良きところを認め合い、智慧を交わし合うことで、より普遍的で持続可能な世界平和を見出したい――その願いが日本開催に込められています。
Holding the summit in Japan has special significance.
Rather than pursuing peace based solely on Western values, we wish to find a more universal and sustainable world peace by recognizing the strengths of both East and West and exchanging wisdom. This wish is embodied in holding the summit in Japan.
2025年9月26日から29日、淡路島にて開催される3泊4日の国際会議。

An international conference held over three nights and four days on Awaji Island from September 26 to 29, 2025.
Leaders guiding established communities from around the world will gather
to engage in dialogue and co-creation using Open Space Technology, centered on the theme of “Sustainable Peace and Prosperity.”
特徴は、従来の会議のようにスピーカーや事前のアジェンダを設けないこと。
その場に集った人々が自ら問いを立て、互いに耳を傾け、共に解決策を見出していきます。
Its defining feature is the absence of pre-set speakers or agendas typical of conventional conferences.
Participants themselves formulate questions, listen to one another, and collaboratively discover solutions.
会場は、淡路島の禅リトリート施設「禅坊 靖寧」。
日本神話で最初に生まれたとされる島において、自然と共に寝食を共にしながら、深い対話を育みます。
The venue is Zenbo Seinei, a Zen retreat facility on Awaji Island.
On this island, said to be the first born in Japanese mythology, participants will live and dine in harmony with nature while cultivating profound dialogue.
このサミットの根幹には「WA（和・輪・我）」という理念があります。
At the core of this summit lies the concept of “WA (Harmony, Circle, Ego).”
WA（和 Harmony)
すべては相互につながっているという認識から始まり、自然や他者とのバランスを尊重する。
Everything begins with the recognition that all things are interconnected, respecting the balance with nature and others.
WA（輪 Circle）
円は日本文化において神聖な形。そこでは誰も排除されず、声を持たない人もいない。すべての声が一つの布を織り上げる。
The circle is a sacred shape in Japanese culture. Within it, no one is excluded, and no one is without a voice. All voices weave together to form a single cloth.
WA（我 Ego）
我を消すのではなく、愛をもって受け入れること。違いを競争や分断ではなく、贈り物としてとらえる。
Do not erase yourself, but accept with love. See differences not as competition or division, but as gifts.
この3つのWAを重ねることで、私たちは「傲慢なき世界同盟」――
We Are the World Alliance Without Arrogance を築いていきます。

Astronomers and management consultants, tax accountants and spiritual leaders, entrepreneurship supporters and musicians, agriculture and fashion.
When they form a circle and exchange their wisdom, a “new narrative” emerges—one that could never be born within existing frameworks.
From these encounters and dialogues, actions that will shape the next era begin to sprout.
Why support is needed
サミットは招待制で、現地に集まるのは限られた20数名です。
しかし、そこで生まれる対話や気づきをクローズドにしてしまっては意味がありません。
だからこそ、このクラウドファンディングを通じて、
「どんな会話がなされ、どんな智慧や行動が生まれたのか」 を社会全体と共有したいと考えています。
The summit is invitation-only, with only a select group of about twenty people gathering on-site.
However, it would be meaningless to keep the dialogues and insights generated there closed off.
That is precisely why, through this crowdfunding campaign,
we want to share with society as a whole “what conversations took place, and what wisdom and actions emerged.”
